Vienna Philharmonic 1/10 oz | Gold

The 1/10 ounce Gold Vienna Philharmonic is an Austrian gold coin at 999.9 thousandths, in honour of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. Struck since 1989 by the Austrian Mint, it is the work of the engraver Thomas Pesendorfer. It weighs 3.11 grams and measures 16 mm across. It also exists in 1/4, 1/2 and one ounce.

The obverse shows the organ of the Golden Hall of the Musikverein in Vienna.

The reverse brings together interwoven instruments: a cello, four violins, a horn, a bassoon and a harp.
