The Half Sovereign Edward VII was struck between 1902 and 1910.
The obverse shows the right profile of Edward VII and the reverse Saint George on horseback slaying the dragon. It is 916.7 thousandths fine, weighs 3.99 grams, with a diameter of 19 mm.
Edward VII was the eldest son of Queen Victoria; he reigned over the United Kingdom from 1901 to 1910. His son George V succeeded him.
